I have a number of radio friends that I personally know and have met. Some I have known for over 30 years and this makes a radio connection even more special.

Frits PA3FYS
Frits is a local Ham I met him the first time when I took the course in 2002 to become a radio Ham at the VERON in Meppel. Frits is a special person, he is hospitable and has a lot of technical knowledge and will always offer his help.

Jörg OE6VIE [ex. OE4VIE]
I met Jörg in Friedrichshafen in 2016 and after a short conversation it turned out that we have met in 1993 for the first time at a radio meeting in Belgium. Jörg is an active radio Ham and president/ founder of the FT8DMC club.

Enrique XE2AA (sk)
I met Enrique the first time on the radio back in 1992 when I was on Sint Maarten Island. I went to Mexico in 1996 and I spent a day with Enrique and some other operators in Mexico city. Enrique visited Amsterdam in 2001 and I did visit him in Amsterdam. This is a long friendship.

Danny ON4VT
I first met Danny in Friedrichshafen at the Ham Radio fair. We then met a number of times at different fairs in the Netherlands.

Jindrich OK1AMM
Before I went on winter sports to Czech Republik I had checked if there is a radio amateur living in Spindleruv Mlyn the ski resort where we stayed. It turned out to be Jindrich and Minke and I visited him. Great to bring a visit to Jindrich and we are very welcoming.

Rudi ON7CL
I have known Rudi for many years and we met at various meetings. Rudi is a friendly person and a skilled dx-er. He has also once visited my shack.

Kurt ON4CB
Like many Belgium Ham radio operators I know Kurt for a long time. Met him at several meetings and Ham Radio Fairs.
